Frequently asked questions.
Do we need GPS hardware on every container?
No. Tracking works from the physical markings already on your bins, with QR code labels for fast identification.
How do we find a specific container?
A visual asset map shows assets across all yards and customer sites in one view, filterable by customer, type, and status. Each asset carries its current location, assigned customer, and service history.
Can we tell which bins have been sitting too long?
Yes. Days-on-site is tracked per container, so you can see that a roll-off has been at a customer for 12 days and act on it before it turns into lost capacity.
Which asset types are supported?
Roll-offs, luggers, high-tops, containers, trailers, and trucks, plus attachments and other non-powered assets. Assets can be converted between types and archived when retired.
How do bin movements get recorded?
Drivers log pickups, drop-offs, exchanges, and re-spots from the Driver app as they happen, which updates the asset map and the dispatch board in real time — no end-of-day paperwork.
